Two Palestinian were killed by Israeli occupation soldiers in Khan Younis
in the Gaza Strip. The two are Ahmed Tawil (17 years old) and Yahya Abu
Shammala (18 years old) both from Khan Younis. A third Palestinian, Ahmed
Hasan Dahlan, died of wounds he sustained two weeks in confrontation with
Israeli troops.
Shifa hospital in Gaza announced the death of Ayman al Wadi (17 yeras old)
from Khan Younis. Wadi was shot dead by Israeli sniper near the Beit Hunun
crossing at the northern edge of the Gaza Strip.
Two Israeli soldiers and a Jewish settler were killed in the West Bank when
a bus carrying settlers and a military patrol escorting them came under a
hail of bullets near Ramallah. Eight other settlers were injured in the
attack.
Israeli tanks and helicopter gunships pounded Palestinian population
centers in the West Bank, including Beit Sahur, Khader, Bethlehem, Ramallah
and Jericho.
Israeli troops fired artillery shells at an Orthodox Church in the West
Bank town of Beit Jala, injuring nine worshipers who had just finished
Sunday mass.
A Jewish settlers opened fire at school children at the village Takou, east
of Bethlehem, wounding two students, one critically. Amer al Badan (16
years old) received 2 gunshots in his leg.
